After more than a decade as a real estate professional in the greater Boston area, I know that buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction. It’s about understanding your goals, your lifestyle, and what you want the next chapter of your life to look like.

Eighteen months ago, I made a move of my own—from the greater Boston area to Southeast Florida. That personal experience gave me a firsthand understanding of what it means to make the transition from New England to Florida, whether the goal is escaping the winter, finding a second home, spending part of the year here, or making a complete relocation.

Today, as a Florida-licensed real estate professional and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I help clients navigate those decisions with experience, perspective, and personal attention. For some, that may mean finding the right short-term rental for a winter stay and getting a feel for the area. For others, it may mean purchasing a vacation or second home. And for those ready for a more permanent change, I can help make the relocation process as straightforward and comfortable as possible.

My background in tennis has also played an important role in my life and in building relationships. I have been a professional tennis teaching pro for many years and continue to teach in Southeast Florida while competing in national-level tournaments. Tennis has connected me with an incredible community of people from many different backgrounds and, like real estate, has taught me the importance of preparation, communication, trust, and understanding what each individual is trying to accomplish.

I especially enjoy helping people from my New England network explore the possibilities that Florida offers. Having personally made the move, I understand the questions that come with it—from choosing the right community and understanding the lifestyle to determining whether Florida is the right fit before making a major commitment.
